If the purchased product, for any reason, does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days and the purchase amount will be refunded to you (in accordance with clause 2.6 of the e-store ordering rules).

To return the product, please send a return notification with a description to the e-mail address products@pranaamber.com, upon receipt of which the Seller will coordinate with the Customer how to return the Products. All costs associated with the return must be paid by the Customer.

If the returned product is broken or in any way not in it’s original form and look, the Buyer is responsible for the decrease in value resulting from the use of the goods, if the goods have been used in any other way necessary to determine the condition, properties and functionality of the goods. In order to determine the condition, properties and functionality of the goods, the Buyer is allowed to use and exploit the goods only in the way that is usually allowed to be done in a physical store.

The Seller shall return the part of the refund amount for returned goods to the Customer in the following manner:

if the goods are not used and the original packaging is not opened, we will refund the Customer 100% of the purchase price;

if the goods are not used but the original packaging is opened, we will refund the Customer 90% of the purchase price.

We will refund the money for the returned goods back to the Buyer’s bank account without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of return of the goods.

Goods that do not meet the return conditions due to health or hygiene reasons and are opened after delivery are not eligible for return.
